This position is responsible for providing superior customer service by providing efficient and timely responses to all customers, responding accurately to all account inquiries with a positive attitude.    


  • Answer incoming phone calls and route them accordingly
  • Assist customers with online banking password resets
  • Verify and release ACH files
  • Assist with admin functions including indexing, bank account verification letters, loan operations alert requests, and sorting and delivering mail
  • Process returned items and notify customers
  • Assist customers with duplicate statements and check copy requests
  • Check re-orders
  • Process transactions in accordance with Bank’s policies and procedures
  • Comply with regulatory requirements of state and federal agencies
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Strong customer service background exemplifying a genuine belief in quality care
  • Professional dress and appearance
  • PC experience in a Windows environment
  • Outstanding language, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn
